Abstract

Online learning platforms are increasingly being used for vocational skills training in Accra, Ghana, to address skill gaps and enhance workplace readiness. Participants demonstrated a significant improvement (mean \(gain = 15\)%, $p < 0.05$) in their technical problem-solving abilities, with employers reporting increased job performance and reduced training costs.
