Abstract

AI and data governance are critical in shaping socio-ecological outcomes in Ghanaian societies. A theoretical framework approach will be employed to analyse existing literature and propose new ethical guidelines for AI and data use. Theoretical insights will contribute to a comprehensive understanding of ethical considerations in AI and data management within Ghana’s diverse socio-ecological landscape. Developing culturally sensitive and transparent AI systems is recommended as a key recommendation for policy makers.
