Digital cultural heritage in resource-limited environments faces unique challenges, such as inadequate infrastructure and funding constraints. A mixed methods approach combining qualitative interviews with quantitative surveys to gather insights from stakeholders involved in the preservation of digital cultural assets. Participants reported significant interest (85%) in collaborative initiatives that integrate technological support with community engagement, highlighting a need for tailored solutions addressing specific resource limitations. The mixed methods study underscores the importance of context-specific interventions designed to maximise effectiveness and sustainability in digital heritage preservation efforts. Development of localized digital preservation frameworks informed by stakeholder feedback can enhance the resilience and accessibility of cultural heritages in resource-limited contexts.
