Abstract

Digital inclusion dynamics in rural communities of Mali have been a subject of increasing scholarly interest due to the continent's rapid digital transformation. A comprehensive literature review will be conducted to identify existing theories and empirical studies on digital inclusion in Africa, with a specific focus on Mali. The theoretical framework will highlight the importance of socio-economic status, infrastructure development, and digital literacy programmes in bridging the digital divide. Policy recommendations include prioritising rural broadband expansion and investing in community-driven digital education initiatives.
