Abstract
Digital cultural heritage in Niger faces unique challenges due to limited resources such as electricity and internet connectivity. A qualitative approach involving interviews with local experts and a review of existing digital preservation initiatives. Preservation efforts require innovative solutions that are both technologically feasible and culturally sensitive. Develop community-led training programmes for local technicians, advocate for government support in digital infrastructure, and establish a regional repository for shared resources.
