Telehealth Quality in Ghanaian Maternal Health Care Providers' Perception Analysis

Abstract
Telehealth interventions have emerged as a critical tool in healthcare delivery, particularly for maternal health care providers in resource-limited settings such as Ghana. Qualitative interviews were conducted with a sample of healthcare professionals using an adapted Likert scale questionnaire, ensuring data robustness through triangulation methods. Staff reported significant improvements (p < 0.05) in patient outcomes following telehealth interventions, indicating a positive impact on care quality. This study underscores the importance of staff perceptions and continuous improvement strategies to enhance telehealth effectiveness in maternal health care settings. Healthcare authorities should prioritise training programmes for telehealth integration and evaluate ongoing support needs based on provider feedback. Model estimation used $\hat{\theta}=argmin<em>{\theta}\sum</em>i\ell(y<em>i,f</em>\theta(x<em>i))+\lambda\lVert\theta\rVert</em>2^2$, with performance evaluated using out-of-sample error.
