Abstract

Early childhood development centers in Liberia are pivotal for pre-school education quality, yet their impact remains underexplored. No empirical data will be presented; instead, the study will employ a comprehensive review of existing literature and theoretical frameworks. Theoretical insights suggest that strategic partnerships between government agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and community leaders are essential for maximising the impact of early childhood development centers on pre-school education quality. Investment in research to validate these theoretical findings is recommended, alongside fostering collaborative initiatives among stakeholders.
