Abstract
Comparative Education Studies in African regions explore the educational systems and policies across different countries to identify similarities, differences, and best practices. Theoretical synthesis of existing literature and expert insights will be employed to construct the framework. The theoretical model identifies critical areas for policy reform including language integration and teacher professional development programmes. Recommendation to introduce bilingual education models and enhance teacher training programmes focusing on local languages.
