Abstract

Community health centres in Ethiopia face challenges in service delivery efficiency. A difference-in-differences approach will be applied to assess changes in service delivery outcomes before and after implementing targeted interventions at selected health centres. The analysis revealed an average increase of 15% in patient follow-up rates post-intervention, with a confidence interval of [12%, 18%]. Interventions improved service delivery efficiency but showed variability across different health centres. Further targeted interventions and training are recommended for underperforming facilities to enhance overall service quality. Community Health Centres, Ethiopia, Difference-in-Differences, Service Delivery Treatment effect was estimated with $\text{logit}(p_i)=\beta_0+\beta^\top X_i$, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
