Community health centres in Nigeria face challenges in service delivery and reliability due to varying infrastructural support. A DiD approach was employed to assess changes in service delivery quality between pre-intervention and post-intervention periods. Uncertainty in findings is addressed through robust standard errors. There is a significant increase of 20% in the number of health consultations reported after implementing infrastructure improvements, with an estimated effect size of $0.8$ (95% CI: [0.6, 0.9]). The DiD model effectively measures system reliability and highlights areas requiring further intervention. Enhanced funding for maintenance and training programmes is recommended to sustain the observed improvements in service delivery.
