Abstract
Sustainable tourism in Tanzania is a growing sector that aims to balance economic benefits with environmental conservation and social equity. This study employs qualitative thematic analysis to explore existing literature and expert opinions on sustainable tourism in Tanzania, aiming to identify commonalities and unique challenges specific to the region. This theoretical model provides a structured approach for stakeholders in Tanzania's tourism sector to adopt sustainable practices that align with global sustainability goals while addressing specific regional needs. Stakeholders are encouraged to collaborate on implementing the identified themes, particularly focusing on community-based initiatives and innovative waste management solutions that can be replicated across different regions of Tanzania.
