Abstract
Community vegetable gardens in Accra, Ghana have emerged as a significant strategy for addressing urban food insecurity. The study will employ qualitative and interpretive methods to analyse existing literature and case studies of vegetable garden initiatives in Accra. The theoretical framework underscores the potential for community-led agricultural projects to enhance urban food security and resilience. Government policies should support community vegetable gardens through infrastructure development and financial incentives.
