Abstract

Mobile health information systems (MHIS) are increasingly being integrated into healthcare facilities to improve patient management and service delivery in remote areas. Theoretical analysis will be employed to construct a comprehensive evaluation model based on existing literature and expert insights. The theoretical framework provides a robust structure for assessing the impact of MHIS in remote settings, emphasising the need for tailored interventions to enhance system adoption and performance. Policy makers should prioritise investment in technical infrastructure and community engagement programmes to ensure successful implementation of MHIS in Ghanaian healthcare facilities.
