Comparing Business Practices Across Central African Regions: An African Perspective
Abstract
Central Africa is a region characterized by diverse cultural backgrounds and economic conditions which have influenced business practices. A qualitative comparative analysis of existing literature on business practices across CAR and selected neighboring countries. Key themes emerge around resource management strategies and community engagement levels, revealing significant variations between CAR’s urban centers and rural areas. The findings highlight the importance of local context in shaping business models, suggesting tailored interventions for economic development. Policy makers should integrate regional-specific knowledge into national planning to enhance sustainable growth.
