Abstract

Educational policy dissemination in Ethiopia has been a critical area of focus for national development efforts since the early 2000s. No empirical data will be presented; instead, a comprehensive review of existing literature on policy dissemination in Ethiopia will inform this theoretical framework. While there is a clear directive for educational reform, the practical challenges in its execution highlight the need for more robust policy support mechanisms and improved stakeholder collaboration. To address these challenges effectively, it is recommended that policymakers implement targeted interventions aimed at enhancing resource management, increasing transparency in budget allocation, and fostering greater community involvement in educational initiatives.
