Abstract
Morocco faces various conflict zones that pose significant ethical dilemmas for businesses operating within these regions. A systematic review of existing literature on business ethics and conflict studies, incorporating qualitative insights from Moroccan case studies. This study identifies the need for a comprehensive framework that balances economic viability with social responsibility in high-conflict environments. Develop tailored business ethics training programmes and implement stakeholder engagement strategies that prioritise community welfare over profit maximization.
