Abstract
Morocco is a significant player in African business landscape, offering insights into policy dynamics that can inform broader African strategies. A comprehensive survey was conducted among experts specializing in business policies with a focus on Morocco. Quantitative data were analysed to uncover patterns and trends in policy dynamics. The survey revealed that there is a strong emphasis on regulatory frameworks, particularly regarding labour laws and environmental regulations, which have significant implications for African economies. Policymakers can draw valuable lessons from Moroccan experiences to enhance their own national policies, especially concerning economic stability and sustainable development. Policymakers should consider adopting a more flexible regulatory approach that aligns with Morocco’s successful experience, while also addressing emerging challenges in Africa.
