Abstract
This study examines policy implications in South African business research over a decade. Qualitative analysis of existing literature from to was employed for this study. Key themes emerged regarding policy implementation gaps and their impacts on business practices. The research highlights areas needing improvement in South African business policies. Recommendations include the need for more consistent application of existing policies and fostering a culture of evidence-based decision-making.
