Methodological Evaluation of Field Research Stations in Nigeria’s Clinical Outcomes Context: A Multilevel Regression Analysis

Abstract

Clinical outcomes in Nigeria's healthcare sector are influenced by various factors including the quality of field research stations. A mixed-method approach combining qualitative data collection with quantitative multilevel regression analyses was employed to assess the impact on patient outcomes in Nigeria's healthcare system. Field research station systems showed significant variation in their ability to measure clinical outcomes, with a moderate effect size (β = -0.25; CI: [-0.38, -0.12]). The findings suggest that improvements in data collection methods and standardization are necessary for enhancing the reliability of clinical outcome measurements. Implementing standardised protocols and training programmes to ensure consistency across stations is recommended to improve clinical outcomes measurement accuracy.
