Abstract
Youth play a significant role in Africa's business landscape, particularly in Lesotho where youth entrepreneurship is burgeoning but often lacks formal structures and support mechanisms. None The theoretical framework underscores the importance of fostering a supportive ecosystem that includes mentorship programmes, access to capital, and networking opportunities to enhance youth entrepreneurship in Lesotho's business context. Policy makers should prioritise initiatives aimed at providing affordable loans or grants specifically for young entrepreneurs. Additionally, educational institutions could integrate more practical modules on starting and managing businesses.
