Abstract

Youth empowerment programmes in Ghanaian cities have been implemented with varying degrees of success, aiming to enhance entrepreneurship among young people. The study will employ a qualitative approach to analyse existing literature and expert opinions, focusing on themes such as mentorship, financial support, and skills training. The theoretical framework underscores the importance of tailored interventions and consistent support to foster youth entrepreneurship in Ghanaian cities. Policy makers should prioritise sustainability and scalability of initiatives to maximise their impact on young entrepreneurs' success rates.
