Abstract

Legal aid clinics play a crucial role in providing legal support to domestic violence survivors, although their effectiveness remains under-researched. A comparative study involving interviews with survivors and analysis of clinic records from to . Survivors reported a significant decrease (50%) in their average wait time for legal aid after participating in clinics, leading to quicker resolution of cases. Legal Aid Clinics are effective in reducing the duration of domestic violence cases by facilitating timely access to legal support. Expand clinic availability and integrate them into existing social services to enhance survivor outcomes.
