Abstract

Community health centres in Uganda face challenges in maintaining consistent service quality and reliability. A randomized controlled trial will be conducted with 100 randomly selected health centres. Data collection includes patient satisfaction surveys, service delivery logs, and financial records over six months. We expect a statistically significant difference in the proportion of consistently functioning health centres between those receiving additional training (50%) and control groups (30%). The study will provide empirical evidence on system reliability and suggest targeted interventions to enhance service delivery effectiveness. Health authorities should prioritise regular training and quality assurance measures for community health centre staff. Treatment effect was estimated with $\text{logit}(p_i)=\beta_0+\beta^\top X_i$, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
