Youth Identity and Political Participation in Urban Ethiopia: A Policy Analysis
Abstract
Youth in urban Ethiopia are increasingly engaging in political activities, yet their identity formation processes remain underexplored. Policy recommendations include fostering inclusive community dialogues that embrace diverse cultural identities to enhance political participation. Promote intergenerational dialogue programmes focusing on shared values and national pride. Encourage the use of digital platforms for youth-led initiatives.
