Abstract

Theoretical Framework for Understanding Policy Implications of Universal Internet Access in Urban Ghanaian Students' Learning Outcomes. Not applicable as this is a theoretical framework article. Theoretical insights suggest that targeted policy interventions can maximise the benefits of universal internet access for educational improvement. Investment in digital literacy programmes alongside infrastructure development is recommended to ensure effective learning outcomes from increased internet connectivity.
