Methodological Evaluation of Community Health Centre Systems in Rwanda Using Panel Data Analysis for Yield Improvement,
Abstract
Community health centers (CHCs) play a crucial role in Rwanda's public health system, providing essential services to underserved populations. A fixed effects model was employed to analyse longitudinal data collected from to , accounting for potential confounding variables. The analysis revealed a significant positive correlation between the number of health centre visits and reported health outcomes improvement (p < 0.05), suggesting that increased access leads to better health results. CHCs in Rwanda are contributing positively to public health, but further enhancements are needed to maximise their impact on yield improvements. Implementing more targeted outreach programmes and improving infrastructure could lead to greater efficacy of CHC services. Community Health Centers, Panel Data Analysis, Yield Improvement, Public Health System Treatment effect was estimated with $\text{logit}(p_i)=\beta_0+\beta^\top X_i$, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
