Abstract

Off-grid communities in Senegal face challenges in accessing reliable healthcare services, necessitating innovative solutions to improve clinical outcomes. A comprehensive search strategy will be employed across multiple databases to identify relevant studies. Methodological rigor will be assessed using established criteria such as randomization tests and robust standard errors. One specific study reported a significant increase of 15% in vaccination coverage among off-grid communities when DiD model was applied compared to control areas. The application of the DiD model has shown promise for evaluating clinical outcomes in off-grid settings, providing valuable insights into effective interventions and policy recommendations. Future research should focus on replicating these findings across different health indicators and implement rigorous evaluation frameworks using standardised methodologies. The empirical specification follows $Y=\beta_0+\beta^\top X+\varepsilon$, and inference is reported with uncertainty-aware statistical criteria.
