Abstract

This study examines regional monitoring networks in Nigerian clinics to evaluate clinical outcomes. A mixed-method approach combining qualitative insights with quantitative panel-data econometric models was employed. Linear probability models were used to predict clinical success rates, accounting for clinic-specific fixed effects and time-invariant characteristics. The analysis revealed a significant improvement in patient recovery rates by 15% (95% CI: [8%, 23%]) after implementing the regional monitoring networks compared to baseline levels. This indicates a positive impact on clinical outcomes. The study confirms that effective monitoring and feedback mechanisms can significantly enhance clinic performance, leading to better patient health outcomes. Nigerian healthcare providers should prioritise the establishment and maintenance of robust monitoring systems within their clinics to improve service quality and patient recovery rates. monitoring networks, panel data analysis, clinical outcomes, Nigerian healthcare The empirical specification follows $Y=\beta_0+\beta^\top X+\varepsilon$, and inference is reported with uncertainty-aware statistical criteria.
