Abstract

Vocational training programmes have been implemented in Ghana to enhance youth employability and reduce unemployment rates. A systematic review of existing literature will be conducted to identify key factors influencing programme outcomes and employability among young participants. This theoretical model provides a robust foundation for policymakers and practitioners to design and assess future vocational training initiatives aimed at improving youth employability in Ghana. Future research should focus on longitudinal studies to validate the identified themes, while practical applications should include more tailored support services post-training.
