Abstract
Morocco has a significant number of higher education institutions that have established partnerships with African universities for knowledge exchange and dissemination. The research employs a survey-based approach involving interviews with key stakeholders including academics from both African and Moroccan institutions. A notable proportion (35%) of collaborative projects involve joint publications in leading international journals, reflecting the impact of these partnerships on academic visibility. This study underscores the importance of fostering continued collaborations between African universities and Moroccan higher education institutions to enhance knowledge dissemination and innovation. Moroccan educational authorities should encourage more cross-institutional research projects while African universities could increase their participation in such initiatives.
