Community health centres in Senegal face challenges in service delivery and resource allocation. A randomized field trial was conducted to assess the impact of system improvements on service output, with data collected from 120 randomly selected centres over six months. Initial analysis suggests an average increase in service delivery by 35% within participating centres compared to baseline measurements. The randomized field trial methodology provided robust insights into the yield improvement potential of community health centres, highlighting areas for further development and resource allocation. Further studies should explore long-term sustainability and cost-effectiveness of identified improvements.
