Abstract
Youth entrepreneurship camps in Johannesburg are designed to enhance career awareness among urban youth aged 15-20 through hands-on learning experiences and mentorship opportunities. Not applicable as an empirical study is not conducted; a comprehensive literature review will inform the theoretical model. This theoretical framework provides a structured understanding of how youth entrepreneurship camps can serve as effective tools for enhancing career awareness among urban youth, contributing to their future entrepreneurial success and community engagement. Further research should be conducted to validate these insights through longitudinal studies and impact assessments.
