Abstract

The Eco-Foundation for Urban Youth in Cape Town's Sustainable Housing Development Project aims to address affordable housing challenges faced by urban youth through eco-friendly construction methods. The methodology employed for this theoretical framework will involve literature review, stakeholder consultations, and scenario analysis to establish a robust theoretical base for the project. This framework provides a comprehensive overview of how integrating eco-friendly elements into housing development projects for urban youth can enhance affordability and sustainability. Recommendations include prioritising stakeholder collaboration, securing funding sources, and establishing community engagement mechanisms to ensure the success of sustainable housing initiatives. The empirical specification follows $Y=\beta_0+\beta^\top X+\varepsilon$, and inference is reported with uncertainty-aware statistical criteria.
