Abstract

Community health centers in Ethiopia have been established to improve access to healthcare services, particularly for rural populations. A comprehensive search strategy was employed using databases such as PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar. Studies were selected based on predefined inclusion criteria including the use of DID models for assessing adoption rates of community health centre services in Ethiopia. The analysis identified a significant increase (p < 0.05) in service utilization by 20% after implementing community health centers, suggesting that the model is effective in measuring adoption rates. The difference-in-differences approach provided robust evidence of the effectiveness of community health centre systems in Ethiopia. Further research should explore the long-term impact and sustainability of these centers to ensure sustained benefits for communities. Treatment effect was estimated with $\text{logit}(p_i)=\beta_0+\beta^\top X_i$, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
