Abstract

This study explores the digital divide and digital inclusion in rural African communities of Niger, focusing on the period following the year . This article employs qualitative research methods to analyse case studies from rural Niger, aiming for an interpretive understanding of the digital divide phenomenon. The theoretical framework elucidates the complex interplay between digital technology availability and community development outcomes in rural Niger. Policy recommendations include targeted investments in infrastructure to bridge the digital divide and foster inclusive digital economies.
