Abstract
The review focuses on e-government services usage patterns among public sector employees in Cameroon. A scholarly review approach was employed to synthesize existing literature on the topic. Public sector employees showed a moderate preference for online services (45% reported using e-government services at least monthly). The reviewed studies underscored the need for improved digital literacy training and enhanced IT infrastructure in public offices. Implement targeted digital literacy programmes and upgrade public office IT systems to facilitate smoother e-government service delivery.
