Abstract
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices in multinational corporations (MNCs) have been gaining attention as a means to address societal and environmental challenges. A qualitative approach was employed through literature review and case study analysis of selected MNCs operating in Angola. Despite efforts, there remains room for improvement in aligning CSR practices with local needs and sustainability goals. MNCs should develop more tailored CSR strategies that integrate Angolan societal values and environmental priorities.
