Abstract
This commentary examines Senegal's administrative legal framework within a comparative law context. Comparative legal analysis will be employed through an examination of relevant legislation, case law, and scholarly literature. The commentary concludes by highlighting the importance of understanding these legal dynamics for effective governance and public administration in Senegal. Recommendations include a call for more harmonization with international best practices and greater transparency in administrative decision-making processes.
