Abstract
Post-conflict reconstruction in Equatorial Guinea presents a complex legal landscape characterized by a fragmented and incomplete legal framework that must address historical injustices and ensure sustainable development. The analysis draws on a review of legal documents, academic literature, and interviews with key stakeholders to understand the current state of law and its implications for post-conflict reconstruction in Equatorial Guinea. The current legal framework for post-conflict reconstruction in Equatorial Guinea is characterized by both strengths and weaknesses that need to be addressed through comprehensive reform efforts. Recommendations include strengthening judicial capacity, enhancing enforcement mechanisms, and ensuring more inclusive participation of affected communities in the implementation of new legal frameworks.
