Abstract
Theoretical Framework for Post-Conflict Law in Tanzania A theoretical framework approach grounded in literature review and comparative analysis of international best practices. This framework highlights strategic areas where law can support sustainable peace and development in post-conflict settings. Policy recommendations include fostering judicial independence, enhancing community engagement in legal processes, and promoting cross-sectoral collaboration for comprehensive recovery efforts.
