Abstract

Theoretical inquiry into legal frameworks for post-conflict societies in Nigeria. An analytical framework grounded in theoretical jurisprudence and comparative studies of African post-conflict legal reforms. Legal frameworks must be tailored for local contexts with enhanced public participation to ensure effective peacebuilding outcomes. Promote inclusive legislative processes involving all stakeholders including traditional leaders and civil society organizations (CSOs).
