Abstract

This article explores comparative jurisprudence within African regions, focusing on Lesotho's legal landscape. No empirical results are presented; the article employs an analytical approach to theorize about Lesotho’s legal environment. The theoretical insights provided offer a foundational understanding for scholars and practitioners interested in African comparative law. Further empirical research is suggested to validate these theoretical propositions.
