Gender Justice and Legal Empowerment in Rural Uganda: A Theoretical Framework

Abstract

Gender justice and legal empowerment are critical issues in rural Uganda where women often face significant barriers to accessing formal legal protections. The theoretical framework proposes innovative pathways to enhance gender justice in rural areas by integrating traditional knowledge into modern legal systems.
