Abstract

Educational reforms in rural Ethiopia have aimed to improve educational outcomes, particularly focusing on student performance metrics such as literacy and numeracy scores. The study employs a mixed-methods approach combining qualitative interviews with quantitative data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of new teaching methodologies and learning materials. The theoretical framework highlights how targeted educational interventions can lead to significant improvements in student performance metrics, thereby supporting sustainable education reforms in rural settings. Based on the findings, recommendations include further investment in pedagogical training for teachers and continued development of tailored learning materials to enhance student engagement and outcomes.
