Abstract

Youth engagement in legal systems is increasingly recognised as crucial for addressing contemporary societal challenges in Africa. An interpretative analysis of existing literature and case studies focusing on legal documents, interviews with stakeholders, and secondary data from governmental sources. Moroccan legal systems are evolving to incorporate youth perspectives effectively, but significant barriers remain in terms of training and integration into formal judicial processes. Enhance capacity-building programmes for youth legal practitioners and integrate youth engagement more systematically into national legal policies.
