The analysis employs a conceptual synthesis approach, integrating existing literature from environmental law, business ethics, and corporate governance. This framework provides a theoretical basis for understanding the complexities of environmental law implementation and corporate responsibility in Nigerian contexts. Enhanced legal penalties, strengthened regulatory bodies, and increased public awareness are recommended to improve compliance rates.
