Abstract

Documentation and Redistribution projects in Congo focus on enhancing land rights for ethnic minority women, a critical area of law. An assessment based on existing literature and project reports focusing on legal frameworks and gender impacts. Projects varied in their success, with some achieving significant documentation rates for minority groups. While projects faced challenges such as cultural resistance and incomplete data collection, they demonstrated potential for improving land rights. Enhanced community engagement strategies are recommended to improve project effectiveness.
