Abstract
Nairobi's Central Business District (CBD) is a hub for female craftsmen who contribute significantly to the local economy through their handcrafted goods. The analysis employed quantitative methods, including surveys and market data collection. Female craftsmen experienced a steady annual increase of 5% in their workforce size during the study period. Economic growth among female artisans is sustainable with targeted support programmes. Investment in training and business development workshops for female craftspeople should be prioritised to enhance their economic prospects.
