Abstract

Language revitalization efforts in East Africa are crucial for preserving cultural identity, particularly among indigenous communities such as those in Algeria. Not applicable for a theoretical framework article. Theoretical development relies on literature review and conceptual analysis rather than empirical research methods. This theoretical framework highlights the complex interplay between language use, cultural preservation, and social change in East African contexts, offering insights for policy makers and scholars interested in these issues. Future research should explore specific case studies of language revitalization projects to validate theoretical insights and identify effective strategies for cultural identity maintenance.
