Digital agriculture platforms have gained traction in Ethiopia’s agricultural sector, particularly in the Ethiopian Highlands where traditional farming practices are prevalent. The adoption of digital agriculture platforms has shown promise in enhancing agricultural productivity and farmer welfare in the Ethiopian Highlands, though challenges remain regarding infrastructure and affordability. Further research should focus on scaling up successful models and addressing barriers to widespread adoption through targeted interventions.
